Denys Lisovets is a Ukrainian filmmaker and director of photography who works across narrative films, documentaries, and commercial productions in Europe and North America. After completing art school, Denys began his career as a documentary and still photographer. His still photography was featured as the cover artwork for the series INFINITI on Canal+. In 2020, his film REFLEXIO marked his debut as a cinematographer and was presented at the Detroit SheTown Film Festival and Kyiv Critics’ Week. He received professional education in cinematography in Kyiv and at La Fémis in Paris, and further developed his practice through master classes in Canada and New York.In 2024, Denys founded Le Chemin, an exhibition bringing together Ukrainian artists, held at Galerie Cinéma in Paris. In the same year, he became an affiliated member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers (CSC). His work has been featured on international platforms including ARTE, ZDF, and Canal+, and spans projects shot in Ukraine, France, Germany, Spain, and Canada
